Since everything is energy – that it’s all connected and deeply intertwined in a fantastic network of influences and possibilities; your personal energies are part of this network, so to create the change you want to see in the world around you, you must first create the change within.

What better way to do it than to engage in meaningful activities that will allow you to raise your frequency, and also impact others in a positive way!

Here I share some of these amazing and simple (BUT POWERFUL) practices to start the change within, that will allow you to feel better and happier as you take just a few minutes to practice them every day.

Practice Gratitude

Write 10 things for which you are grateful, mentioning why you feel grateful to have those things.

Be kind and generous

Treat others with love and kindness. Do nice things for others – donate money or give time to a good cause.

Interact with nature

Go for a walk in the woods. Surround yourself with the beauty that nature has to offer. Interact with animals.

Eat high-vibe food

Consume non-processed, low in sugar and organic foods.

Meditate

Allow yourself to sit restfully and relax – connecting with your true self.

Listen to inspirational music

Listen to music with low beats, that naturally relaxes your body.

Read and study

Create the habit of reading personal growth books.
