You will want to keep in mind that there is a lot of things that you will need to consider when it comes to being a good manager, but you need to learn how to be a fair manager. You may not be able to give in to all of their needs, but you can give in to some of their needs. Keep in mind that a happy employee is a hard working employee. You will also want to make sure that you keep yourself in a checked balance so that you can make a difference in the way that your employees look up to you. You should be able to keep all of your workers happy if you only learn to take the time and get to know each person under you personally. Know which workers will need the time off and which workers are able to devote their time and attention to the business and work. Keep in mind that there is a lot of things that you will need to do to improve communications, but you may want to ask the others to help get the feeling for negotiations. You will also find that when you get comfortable with the negotiating process, you’ll be able to make the best decisions for yourself and for the business.
