We get so obsessed with growing our email lists, making x amount of money, or growing our following we don’t stop to think of the people we are engaging with. Don’t worry about the vanity metrics, the millions of followers the likes, etc – the truth is you have no control over that. Focus on each person. That’s when things change.
Don’t worry what others think of you
You are going to get the idiots that will try and bring you down. It’s a reflection of them. Not you. Keep going. I still get hurt by comments and messages but I leave them to it. Worst-case scenario you can block them.
Show up
Each day shows up. Be your apologetic self. Even when you feel like rubbish (like I do at the moment) show up.
When things go not as you planned
Understand what went wrong and put it right. Each failure isn’t a reflection of you. Being successful is hard. There is a reason not many make it and it’s simple. We give up. We quit. Perseverance is the difference.

Through the course of this challenge, I am going to give you loads of information to help you. Ask yourself does it help me? Is it the one domino for me? What time do I have each day? Being a success isn’t easy, but it can be straightforward. You really are just one funnel away from where you want to be.

Writing a book is one of the hardest challenges you will ever face but you did it, so why can’t you achieve this?
You are far more amazing than you ever believed. Have faith in yourself. You can achieve whatever you set your mind to!

Your happiness and your mental health are the most important thing. If at any time you are struggling and you need to rest do so. You will come back faster if you do. Listen to what your body and mind are telling you. Self-love is critical to you.
